Historic Laguna Beach Home Restored with Reclaimed Timber Style Hardwood Flooring

DuChateau is proud to have our Trestle flooring featured in Villa Rockledge, a historic home on the National Register of Historic Places in Laguna Beach, California.

Frank Miller, the developer of the Mission Inn in Riverside, California, built the Villa. This lofty, cliff-side estate was Miller’s summer home where he and his wife could enjoy the incredible views of the Pacific Ocean.

Part of The Heritage Timber Edition, DuChateau’s deep brushed Trestle flooring featured in Villa Rockledge creates the patina and character of salvaged surfaces in the style of reclaimed timber, a beautiful and perfect match for this carefully restored property. Chosen by designer Azita Sadeghi of Laguna Real Estate and Design, DuChateau’s naturally styled flooring surfaces create a perfect visual passion of design and old world beauty.
